The Technical Sales Representative will drive new business for Spirit's engineering services, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions.

Provide pre- and post-sales technical support for aerospace/defense customers, assisting with part selection, MIL-STD testing, documentation, and issue resolution. Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations, document interactions in ERP, support audits, and help develop technical support procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
