Leads raw material and finished goods supply planning, production scheduling, allocation, and S&OP governance. Manages a five-person planning team, aligns demand with manufacturing capacity and supply continuity, and improves service levels, inventory, margins, and working capital. Oversees ERP and planning-system improvements, forecasting, budgets, scenario planning, supplier and co-packer visibility, and continuous improvement. Partners with commercial, operations, finance, suppliers, and 3PLs while supporting long-term operating plans and executive decision-making.

Manages customer order operations and serves as the team’s operational subject matter expert. Resolves complex order, inventory, logistics, accounting, ERP, and EDI issues; coaches coordinators; develops SOPs and training; and leads cross-functional process improvements. Partners with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, IT, warehouses, customers, and logistics providers on implementations, transaction troubleshooting, and scalable workflows. Uses operational KPIs and root-cause analysis to improve efficiency, customer experience, and order-to-cash execution.

Lead sourcing and procurement strategy, manage supplier relationships and category strategies, drive cost savings and procurement process improvements, build procurement capabilities, and lead a small team while partnering cross-functionally to support new product launches and supplier performance.

Supervise onsite manufacturing to ensure food safety, quality, and productivity. Work with co-manufacturers and contractors, validate manufacturing instructions, observe and resolve material/product issues, collect and analyze production data, support commissioning of capital projects, and transition R&D products to full-scale production. Lead continuous improvement and travel frequently (up to 60%).

Manage end-to-end customer order lifecycle across multiple fulfillment locations, ensuring accurate processing, shipment, delivery, and invoicing. Act as operational liaison among Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and customers; resolve order exceptions and claims; coordinate outbound shipments and delivery performance; and identify process improvements and participate in systems and operational projects to improve service and scalability.

Manage high-volume trade deductions: research backup, classify and process credit memos, prepare accruals, reconcile to the general ledger, collaborate with Sales/FP&A/Customer Service, produce deduction reporting, support month-end close and audits, and improve deduction workflows and SOPs.

Lead paid media strategy, agency management, campaign planning, and performance optimization across digital, social, CTV, audio, and search. Build reporting frameworks, drive measurement and attribution (MMM, brand lift, incrementality), negotiate media partnerships, and collaborate with creative, insights, and partnerships teams to meet brand and business objectives.

Administer and optimize the NetSuite ERP platform: configure workflows, reports, roles, and permissions; troubleshoot issues; support integrations and upgrades; partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Service to streamline processes; maintain documentation, governance, and data integrity; and drive system enhancements to scale the business.
