Lead paid media strategy, agency management, campaign planning, and performance optimization across digital, social, CTV, audio, and search. Build reporting frameworks, drive measurement and attribution (MMM, brand lift, incrementality), negotiate media partnerships, and collaborate with creative, insights, and partnerships teams to meet brand and business objectives.

Manage end-to-end customer order lifecycle across multiple fulfillment locations, ensuring accurate processing, shipment, delivery, and invoicing. Act as operational liaison among Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and customers; resolve order exceptions and claims; coordinate outbound shipments and delivery performance; and identify process improvements and participate in systems and operational projects to improve service and scalability.

The Demand Planning Manager develops demand forecasts, leads S&OP processes, analyzes sales data, and optimizes inventory levels while collaborating with various teams and reporting insights.

Own purchasing, MRP-driven production planning, finished goods and inventory control across multiple 3rd-party sites. Execute NetSuite inventory transactions, coordinate with co-packers, suppliers, manufacturing, quality, sales and logistics, resolve shipment discrepancies, and identify process improvements to meet sales, margin, and customer service goals.

Administer and optimize the NetSuite ERP platform: configure workflows, reports, roles, and permissions; troubleshoot issues; support integrations and upgrades; partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Service to streamline processes; maintain documentation, governance, and data integrity; and drive system enhancements to scale the business.
