Manages retail accounts across an assigned territory to grow Spindrift sales. Responsibilities include securing display space, optimizing shelf placement, executing promotions, educating consumers, rotating inventory, maintaining back stock, documenting activities in CRM, and building retailer relationships. The representative makes 8–12 daily account visits, negotiates mutually beneficial agreements, supports demos and market blitzes, and may travel overnight occasionally. The role requires beverage or CPG sales experience, a personal vehicle, physical lifting ability, and flexible availability.

Manage high-volume trade deductions: research backup, classify and process credit memos, prepare accruals, reconcile to the general ledger, collaborate with Sales/FP&A/Customer Service, produce deduction reporting, support month-end close and audits, and improve deduction workflows and SOPs.
