Own Salesforce and GTM systems architecture, development, administration, integrations, automation, security, deployments, and data integrity. The role also collaborates with engineering on recurring issues and expands Atlassian expertise across additional SaaS ecosystems.

Perform manual testing across web UI, APIs, integrations, databases, and backend workflows. Analyze requirements, identify risks, maintain Zephyr test plans and cases, validate PostgreSQL data, review automated test results, support root-cause analysis, report defects, improve documentation, and occasionally deliver product walkthroughs.

Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across SEO, AEO, social media, paid advertising, content, email, events, webinars, and sales enablement. Own campaign strategy, content production, video editing, analytics, optimization, and reporting. Drive audience growth, qualified leads, opportunities, and pipeline while improving visibility across search engines and AI discovery platforms. Collaborate with sales, product, technical teams, agencies, partners, and vendors.

Create and maintain user-focused technical documentation for SaaS cybersecurity and data protection products, including user guides, release notes, FAQs, tutorials, and support content. Own documentation architecture, version control, audits, and content workflows. Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, customer success, and marketing teams in Agile/Scrum environments. Produce walkthroughs, demos, guided tours, and certification materials to improve customer onboarding, product adoption, and technical understanding.

Design clear, scalable UX/UI for a cybersecurity SaaS product. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and reusable components; maintain the design system; collaborate with Product and Engineering; use AI tools to support design workflows and ensure usability and consistency across responsive web interfaces.

Develop and maintain backend services for a cybersecurity SaaS platform using Java and Spring Boot. Build integrations, implement asynchronous workflows with RabbitMQ, optimize PostgreSQL queries and indexes, use MyBatis for DB access, design and consume REST APIs, debug production issues, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance and reliability.
