Build Apex, Lightning Web Components, and complex Flows; integrate Salesforce with HubSpot, Stripe, Google Sheets, and other systems through APIs. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and leadership to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, manage environments, troubleshoot synchronization issues, and maintain reliable reporting.

Leads regional Account Managers responsible for renewals, retention, and expansion across enterprise SaaS security customers. Personally manages strategic accounts, negotiates six-figure renewals, drives platform adoption, builds executive relationships, forecasts revenue, and monitors account health. Partners with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, Support, and channel teams while coaching staff, planning quotas, maintaining CRM discipline, and translating SaaS security risks into business and compliance outcomes.

Provide technical customer support through email and chat for SpinOne across Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Salesforce. Diagnose and resolve issues, manage ticket escalation and closure, communicate expectations, prepare support reports, and create knowledge-base documentation. The role also collaborates with engineering on recurring issues and expands Atlassian expertise across additional SaaS ecosystems.
