Create interactive client aids and training materials, and document end-to-end workflows, APIs, and system interactions to accelerate user adoption.

Lead FP&A for a high-growth cybersecurity startup: own rolling forecasts, track SaaS metrics, support annual planning, capital allocation and M&A, run financial business reviews, embed with department leaders for headcount and OPEX planning, prepare Board/executive materials, and drive FP&A automation and process improvements.

Manual QA Engineer responsible for end-to-end manual testing of a SaaS cybersecurity product across UI, APIs, integrations and backend workflows. Analyze requirements, create and maintain test documentation in Zephyr, validate data via PostgreSQL queries, review automated test results, report bugs, and suggest product/documentation improvements while collaborating with PO/PM and dev teams.
