Design and develop collectible, preschool, and wheels and action toys from concept through production. Collaborate with North American design, engineering, product development, model shop, and vendor teams; lead proof-of-concept builds; review CAD and models; optimize designs for manufacturing, tooling, cost, materials, aesthetics, and play patterns. Prioritize multiple projects, contribute to strategic initiatives, coach junior designers, and travel to China and other Asian locations.

Provides accounts payable support, including supplier onboarding, invoice processing, vendor data management, accruals, SAP postings, and audit assistance. Supports UiPath automation, Power Automate, Power BI, SAP upgrade data cleansing, internal controls, and ad hoc projects. Requires accounting knowledge, certification, Excel and SAP experience, strong English communication, and 3–5 years of related multinational-company experience.

Coordinate daily studio operations and serve as the primary contact for visitors, employees, and interviewees. Plan and execute large team events, cultural programs, EDIB initiatives, celebrations, and hybrid engagement activities. Manage internal communications, Slack updates, employee feedback, vendors, purchasing, payments, expenses, and administrative support for leadership, operations, and IT teams.
