Manages key toy-retail accounts in Poland by developing business plans, forecasts, sales and marketing strategies, budgets, and profitability initiatives. Builds senior customer relationships, negotiates agreements, coordinates trade marketing, analyzes sell-through and market data, and ensures product availability and target achievement. The role includes regular customer visits, monthly market runs, toy fairs, and occasional strategic business travel.

Create the visual identity for the Hellbreak trading card game across social and digital platforms. Responsibilities include animating illustrated card art, editing videos, designing social and paid media assets, optimizing vertical content for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts, shooting mobile-first footage, and maintaining the brand’s horror aesthetic. Collaborate with creative teams, game designers, and producers to streamline content production.

Lead creative direction, design strategy, and product development for Spin Master’s Early Learning toy portfolio. Mentor design teams, establish visual and play standards, identify market opportunities, translate educational insights into viable products, present design visions to executives and licensors, and collaborate with marketing, engineering, packaging, insights, and inventor relations teams to deliver compliant products on schedule and within cost targets.
