Design and develop artwork for girls/infant & preschool toys compatible with digital printing and embroidery. Collaborate from concept and sketching to presentation, prototyping and production. Produce hand sketches, renderings and digital artwork using Illustrator and Photoshop. Present designs and communicate with stakeholders in English and Chinese.

Lead and execute all design aspects for new and carry-forward Melissa & Doug products. Set brand creative vision, build 3-year product strategy, manage design team and external partners, oversee product development timelines, budgets, quality, safety, and inclusive design, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive launches and innovation.

Contract Senior Designer supporting Gabby’s Dollhouse: generate concepts, sketch characters, produce 2D renderings and specs, oversee 3D model making, evaluate feasibility, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present design work to executives.
