Design and develop innovative children’s consumer products for Stickerbox, spanning electronic items, activity kits, and craft products. Responsibilities include researching trends, leading brainstorming and prototyping, creating sketches and 2D/3D mockups, conducting feasibility reviews, preparing product specifications, and collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, marketing, quality, and global development teams through production.

Lead SKU-level demand forecasting and analytics, maintain dollar and unit demand plans across customers and DCs, resolve stock issues, collaborate with sales, supply planners and finance for S&OP inputs, analyze promotions and supplier capacity to optimize inventory and margins.

Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, forecasts, budgets, variance analyses, cash flow forecasts, reconciliations, statutory accounts, and royalty statements. Partners with business leaders on cost-center performance and budgeting, supports IFRS accounting and local GAAP compliance, liaises with auditors and tax advisers, and improves finance reporting processes. The role also provides ad hoc financial analysis and business support.
