Own the full sales cycle for Italy: hunt and close new accounts, manage client relationships, develop market-specific sales strategies, report performance, and provide market feedback to inform product and GTM decisions.

Own relationships with Spiko's top strategic accounts: onboard, retain, expand, and escalate complex issues. Design scalable engagement programs, feed product feedback, and build CS playbooks to improve client outcomes.
