Operate and scale daily fund and payment operations across multiple funds and currencies. Execute subscriptions/redemptions, manage SWIFT/SEPA flows, reconciliations, liquidity and NAV support, coordinate with external administrators, build controls and automations, support regulatory reporting (ACPR), and resolve client operational issues while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Legal & Compliance.

Own end-to-end client care and success: respond to inbound support, design AI-powered support workflows, monitor client health, manage key accounts, drive adoption and expansion, and partner with Product/Engineering to reduce ticket volume and improve the product experience.

Own the full sales cycle for Italy: hunt and close new accounts, manage client relationships, develop market-specific sales strategies, report performance, and provide market feedback to inform product and GTM decisions.

Drive Spiko's growth in Germany by owning the full sales cycle: hunt and close new accounts, manage and grow client relationships, develop market-specific sales strategies, report performance, gather market feedback, and help build the German sales team.

Own the full sales cycle in the Netherlands: hunt and close new accounts, manage key client relationships, develop market-specific sales strategy, report performance, and provide market feedback to founders while helping build the local sales team.

Lead EU license applications (MiFID, MiCA), manage passporting and cross-border regulatory compliance, liaise with regulators and external counsel, draft procedures and reports, and support legal matters across products, jurisdictions, and corporate needs.

Own Spiko's institutional distribution across Europe: prospect, qualify, close and onboard fintechs, asset managers, funds and wealth firms. Manage full sales cycle, grow AUM via account management and upsells, provide market and regulatory intelligence, collaborate with product/legal/founders, and track pipeline and performance metrics.

Own and shape the customer-facing web app and marketing landing page using React/Next.js. Define frontend architecture, standards, accessibility, performance, and developer tooling. Build complex, data-rich UIs with designers and full-stack engineers, improve CI/CD and developer experience, and introduce AI-assisted frontend workflows.

Drive Spiko's growth in Spain by owning the full sales cycle: prospecting, hunting, closing, and managing key client relationships. Develop market-specific sales strategies, report performance, gather market feedback to shape product and GTM, and help build a sales team from the ground up.

Lead and scale Spiko's API-led go-to-market across Europe: own full sales lifecycle, hire and manage a European sales team, build distributor partnerships, collaborate with product and compliance, represent the company at fintech events, and drive embedded revenue and AUM growth.

Own and optimize Spiko.io end-to-end: define website roadmap, build high-impact landing pages, run structured CRO experiments, manage tagging and conversion tracking, analyze user behavior and site performance, and collaborate with design, engineering, and local teams to increase acquisition and conversion.
