Own Spiko’s end-to-end security strategy across applications, infrastructure, cloud, identity, vulnerability management, testing, detection, and incident response. Lead ISO 27001 certification, DORA implementation, security policies, controls, and audit evidence. Support partner security due diligence and help position security as a sales differentiator. Define the security roadmap autonomously and build a strong company-wide security culture.

Own Spiko’s AI and data strategy as a senior engineer. Build production AI features, including agents, RAG, tool use, MCP integrations, and AI-assisted workflows across the company. Lead AI engineering practices and infrastructure while owning the cloud data platform built on BigQuery, Datastream, and Metabase. Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders and help grow the AI and data team.

Lead and scale the Customer Success function, including customer onboarding, KYC account approval, customer care, and high-touch API partner support. Recruit and mentor the team, establish customer and operational KPIs, implement AI- and LLM-powered automation, maintain knowledge bases, and collaborate with Product and Compliance to improve the customer experience and influence the product roadmap.
