The Administrator of the Day, serving as a Patient Care Supervisor, coordinates hospital-wide patient flow and care services during assigned shifts. The role manages bed capacity, patient handoffs, clinical assessments, quality improvement activities, and supervision of on-duty hospital staff. In the absence of hospital administration, the supervisor makes administrative decisions and notifies appropriate leaders. Three years of direct patient care experience, an active Montana RN license, and BLS certification are required.

Coordinates insurance verification and prior authorizations for scheduled healthcare services. Acts as a liaison among patients, physicians, insurers, and hospital departments while ensuring accurate, timely authorization processing. Applies knowledge of insurance guidelines, managed care requirements, medical terminology, anatomy, and disease processes. Manages multiple deadlines and customer needs in a fast-paced environment while supporting patient care and experience.

Provide strategic leadership for enterprise cybersecurity to protect PHI and critical systems. Lead risk management, regulatory compliance, security operations, incident response, business continuity, governance, and security awareness to support safe, continuous healthcare delivery.
