Support configuration and change management for NATO IT services: maintain and audit the CMDB, perform discovery scans (including air-gapped networks), develop automation for asset tracking, assess and implement routine IT service changes, coordinate ASI approvals, produce status reports, and contribute to continual service improvement.

Lead design, development, testing, and documentation of the CSISS/MISP platform. Customize MISP codebase (Python/PHP), integrate REST APIs and NATO PKI, build automated tests, manage Git/CI processes, produce formal technical documentation, liaise with stakeholders, and mentor data engineering staff.

Design and implement PyMISP-based data ingestion, processing, and STIX/TAXII dissemination pipelines for NATO cyber threat intelligence.
