Provide network and audiovisual support for NATO digital/hybrid events: design small network segments, integrate and test systems, configure and troubleshoot network and VTC/VoIP devices, set up and run AV/streaming studios, create technical plans/Run of Show, and offer on-site first-level support and hardware deployment.

Perform test, verification and validation activities for complex NATO IT systems. Design and execute functional, non-functional and integration tests; define acceptance criteria; configure test environments; analyse and report results; manage stakeholders; maintain configuration items and perform audits to ensure compliance with processes and standards.

Provide systems engineering support for NATO C3 capabilities: develop domain architectures, specify cloud/on-prem components, manage requirements (DOORS), interface and baseline management, integration planning, verification strategies, resource coordination, and project progress reporting.

Provide Level 2 and service-management support for NATO/NCIA SIGINT and CIS systems: respond to tickets, install/patch software, manage servers, networking and security components, participate in CAB and on-call rotations, coordinate outages, escalate to Level 3, and support operations, exercises and deployments requiring classified-network access.

Plan, design and execute functional, non-functional and integration tests for complex systems. Develop acceptance criteria, test cases and integration builds; configure test environments; analyse and report test results, issues and risks; maintain configuration records; collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure comprehensive coverage and improve processes and tools.

Provide Level 2 systems and service-management support for NATO classified networks: respond to and resolve tickets using ticketing tools/Azure DevOps, maintain SIGINT components, apply patches, participate in CAB and daily planning, escalate to Level 3, perform on-call and flexible shift duties, and support deployments and exercises. Work is primarily onsite and requires NATO or national secret clearance.

Plan, design and execute functional, non-functional and interoperability tests and integration builds. Develop acceptance criteria, configure test environments, analyse and report results, and ensure configuration management and process improvements while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.

Support development of domain architectures, specify cloud/on-prem components, prepare technical plans, ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security, manage requirements (including DOORS), oversee integration planning and verification, track change requests, and monitor project progress for NATO C3/CIS programs.

Provide Level 2/3 application and service management support for NATO C3 systems: respond to tickets, perform installs/patches, troubleshoot infrastructure and applications, support UAT and CAB activities, participate in reporting and on-call shifts, and liaise with interoperable services and user community.

Design, implement, and maintain complex identity and access management (IAM) architectures; automate identity lifecycle, provisioning/deprovisioning, and access reviews; administer Microsoft Entra ID and AWS IAM Identity Center at scale; integrate identity providers for secure web application authentication and MFA; support multi-tenant, hybrid, and federated identity solutions.

Operate and maintain IaaS/data center infrastructure: administer virtual infrastructure (VMware), manage servers and storage, perform hardware checks and replacements, follow change management, support SLAs, develop SOPs, troubleshoot data center issues, and provide after-hours/on-call support and occasional travel to NATO sites.

Support project managers by organising, tracking, and facilitating project activities. Manage timelines, resources, documentation, risks, and reporting; coordinate stakeholders, meetings, logistics, and project tools to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.

Provide Level-2 and service management support for NATO JSSC applications and NATO Software Factory systems. Respond to and resolve incidents, service and change requests, perform patching, testing, UAT, maintenance, monitoring, and on-call shift duties while interfacing with Level-3 teams and supporting software lifecycle and infrastructure tasks.

Provide project and portfolio support for NATO NCIA programs: configure and maintain MS Project and ServiceNow, track budgets and resources, maintain information registers and document libraries, prepare reports and presentations, support onboarding, meetings, SOPs, training, stakeholder communications, and contribute to project delivery, risk and change management.

Designs, implements and maintains data engineering solutions and pipelines; performs data modelling, transformation, validation and metadata management. Applies data science techniques, builds BI reports and visualisations, automates reporting, and advises stakeholders. Develops, tests and refactors code/scripts, troubleshoots software/data issues, and supports NATO/NCIA operational data and information handling requirements.

Provide project support for NATO NCIA engagements: maintain project plans and portals, configure PM tools, manage information registers and documentation, coordinate resources, handle stakeholder communications, prepare reports and presentations, support data quality, SOPs, and travel and administrative arrangements.

Plan, develop, execute and report cyber training and exercises (ENPAF and other NATO cyber exercises). Coordinate stakeholders, manage exercise documentation and SharePoint portals, capture and consolidate lessons learned, organise planning events, and support exercise continuum alignment and reporting to senior leadership.

Perform web, infrastructure and application penetration testing; lead Red/Blue teams during NATO exercises; deliver security design reviews and consultancy; coordinate accreditation processes and brief technical and executive stakeholders; produce technical reports and remediation plans.

Perform horizon scanning and stakeholder collaboration to define AI and advanced-analytics requirements for space-based ISR. Analyse AI opportunities, recommend data collection and integration approaches, advise on integrating AI into NATO ISR programmes, and review emerging AI technologies for operational application.

Lead or participate in Red/Blue team exercises and perform web, infrastructure, and application penetration testing. Conduct security design reviews, advise on accreditation and compliance, produce technical and executive reports, brief stakeholders at technical and flag-officer levels, and coordinate with the Penetration Testing Cell and multiple NATO security authorities.
