Manage the NATO ITM Recovery WP2 Kiosk deployment across 32 international sites. Designs, deploys, administers, monitors, and troubleshoots Microsoft RDS and Windows Server environments supporting NATO deployable CIS systems. Manages RDS components, Active Directory, DNS, Exchange, Group Policy, profiles, security, patching, virtualization, and core enterprise services. Provides Level 3 support, automates administration with PowerShell, performs capacity planning, documents configurations, coordinates incidents and changes, and collaborates with infrastructure, networking, security, and service management teams.

Provides senior-level identity and access management expertise for NATO environments. Maintains and administers Active Directory, ADFS, Microsoft Identity Manager, directory synchronization, and multi-forest enterprise systems. Supports and administers Oracle E-Business Suite Financials applications for NATO, providing first- and second-line service support, incident resolution, requirements analysis, configuration, functional design, testing, documentation, and lifecycle management. The role requires expertise across Oracle Financials, Purchasing, Procure-to-Pay, workflows, controls, reporting, upgrades, and NATO-specific systems. Owns operational system nodes across their lifecycle, managing roadmaps, configuration, change impact, technical debt, obsolescence, integration, verification, and system-level performance.

Develop and modify C/C++ software for NATO ASIM passive sensor and sensor control systems in a Unix environment. Implement engineering change proposals, apply software engineering practices, perform testing, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate with technical teams. The role may involve real-time air-domain applications, sensors, tactical data links, flight plans, radar interfaces, and network troubleshooting. This is a full-time, on-site position in The Hague requiring NATO Secret clearance and some travel to NATO sites.

Provides first- and second-line support for Skype for Business and voice infrastructure at NATO Headquarters. Responsibilities include diagnosing incidents, configuring and patching Unified Communications systems, monitoring performance and capacity, troubleshooting SBCs and PABX systems, maintaining documentation, implementing improvements, supporting project work, and coordinating with technical teams. The role is fully onsite in Brussels, may require out-of-hours work and travel to other NATO sites, and requires a valid National or NATO Secret clearance.

Serve as a Splunk and SIEM subject matter expert supporting log collection, distributed Splunk architecture, cybersecurity monitoring, troubleshooting, system maintenance, integrations, change management, documentation, reporting, and incident response. The role includes stakeholder coordination, occasional on-call support, executive briefings, and maintaining NATO security monitoring infrastructure in a regulated environment.
