Provides administrative and coordination support for NATO IT infrastructure deployment projects across 70 sites. Responsibilities include managing project trackers, risks, actions, documentation, schedules, site readiness, device shipments, stakeholder communications, supplier liaison, meeting minutes, compliance checks, acceptance testing, and audit readiness. The role requires on-site work in The Hague, occasional travel to NATO sites, proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, and a valid NATO or national Secret clearance.

Leads discovery of NATO data sources by coordinating site surveys, engaging data owners, validating reports, evaluating source applicability, and managing stakeholder communications. Represents NCIA in meetings, delivers presentations, hosts governance sessions, supports escalations, and maintains project documentation covering risks, actions, dependencies, decisions, issues, audits, and data delivery agreements. The role requires project management or business analysis experience, NATO Secret clearance, strong communication skills, NATO knowledge, and on-site work in Belgium.

Develop and maintain mission-critical full-stack applications using Angular on the front end and Java, Spring, and Spring Boot on the back end. Write automated tests, collaborate within a Scrum team, support delivery priorities, and operate applications in Linux environments. The role requires proficiency with databases, networking, CI tools, source control, and software development tooling. Hybrid work is based in The Hague, with some travel to NATO sites and a valid Secret security clearance required.
