Coordinate custom signage projects from approved estimates through production, delivery, and installation. Manage schedules, milestones, customer communications, approvals, permits, vendors, installers, change orders, project records, and closeout documentation. Collaborate across sales, design, fabrication, production, and installation teams to ensure accurate, timely, and on-scope delivery while proactively addressing risks and changes.

Prepare customer files for print production by proofreading, converting formats, and adjusting layouts to create print-ready files. Communicate with sales and production teams, follow SOPs, maintain digital/physical organization, and support efficient production workflows.

Serve as a strategic HR partner and recruiter for multi-location, hourly operations. Translate business plans into workforce and talent solutions, manage employee-relations and investigations, drive workforce planning and HRIS workflows, support hiring, succession, performance management, compliance across multiple states, and provide regular field presence and coaching to leaders.

Drive new customer acquisition and organic growth of existing accounts for print and sign products. Provide consultative sales, quotations, contract renewals, collaborate with internal teams, meet monthly sales goals, and manage KPIs like gross margin and estimate conversion.

Lead transition from outsourced accounting to an internal finance function. Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, internal controls, AR/AP, reconciliations, and team hiring/development. Improve processes, reporting, cash flow forecasting, KPI dashboards, and support forecasting, location-level performance analysis, and ERP/ inventory improvements while partnering with outside accounting firm and company leadership.

Manage and grow assigned print and signage accounts while acquiring new customers. Provide consultative sales, prepare quotes, sustain and renew contracts, collaborate with production and sales support, monitor KPIs, and meet monthly sales targets. Use MS Office and Adobe tools, understand production processes and MIS order entry, and upsell additional products and solutions.
