Partners with leaders across multiple locations to develop workforce plans, manage employee relations, conduct investigations, ensure multistate compliance, support recruiting, and improve talent and organizational effectiveness. Coaches managers on performance, corrective action, development, and retention; leads people initiatives for expansion and organizational change; analyzes workforce trends; and improves HRIS workflows. The role supports hourly operational workforces and requires regular regional travel with occasional nonstandard hours.

Lead transition from outsourced accounting to an internal finance function. Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, internal controls, AR/AP, reconciliations, and team hiring/development. Improve processes, reporting, cash flow forecasting, KPI dashboards, and support forecasting, location-level performance analysis, and ERP/ inventory improvements while partnering with outside accounting firm and company leadership.

Provides HR support across multiple locations, including employee relations, HR transactions, records, benefits, leave, compliance, payroll support, recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance processes. Acts as a recruiter by coordinating postings, interviews, offers, hiring events, and pre-employment requirements. Maintains HRIS and personnel data, prepares dashboards, resolves routine employee and manager questions, supports investigations, and escalates higher-risk matters. Regular regional travel and occasional off-hours support are required.
