Support sales and General Manager by entering orders in MIS, coordinating projects, communicating with customers and teams, conducting outreach, maintaining CRM data, meeting sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Lead transition from outsourced accounting to an internal finance function. Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, internal controls, AR/AP, reconciliations, and team hiring/development. Improve processes, reporting, cash flow forecasting, KPI dashboards, and support forecasting, location-level performance analysis, and ERP/ inventory improvements while partnering with outside accounting firm and company leadership.

Drive new customer acquisition and organic growth of existing accounts for print and sign products. Provide consultative sales, quotations, contract renewals, collaborate with internal teams, meet monthly sales goals, and manage KPIs like gross margin and estimate conversion.
