Coordinate recruitment and onboarding, present orientations, manage applicant flow and HRIS/ADP records, process I-9s and verifications, schedule and track training, maintain personnel files, assist with HR projects and employee requests.

Supervise Juvenile Development Specialists, run youth assessment and problem-solving groups, manage a caseload of 15–20 youth, complete case documentation (Social History, Youth Assessment Reports), and provide strength-based support to youth and families within a trauma-informed, evidence-based juvenile justice treatment model.

Provide countywide oversight and guidance for Adult Foster Care and/or Community Living Services; mentor program managers and frontline teams in person-centered planning; drive continuous quality improvement, develop efficient processes, and partner with leadership to enhance services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
