Supervise Juvenile Development Specialists, run youth assessment and problem-solving groups, manage a caseload of 15–20 youth, complete case documentation (Social History, Youth Assessment Reports), and provide strength-based support to youth and families within a trauma-informed, evidence-based juvenile justice treatment model.
