As a Social Worker at Spectrum, you will provide therapeutic and case management services for youth facing emotional and developmental challenges while advocating for their well-being and stability.

Provide therapeutic and case management services for youth (up to age 16) in an open residential juvenile justice program. Use trauma‑informed, evidence‑based approaches (CBT and related interventions) to assess, stabilize, and support youth, advocate for their needs, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care while completing required clearances.

The Juvenile Development Specialist will mentor youth aged 12-20 in a secure treatment setting, fostering respectful relationships, supporting individual treatment goals, and ensuring safety while encouraging personal growth.
