Manages automation projects from kickoff through closeout, including scope, schedules, customer communication, engineering coordination, purchasing, manufacturing, budgets, risks, testing, installation, and final acceptance. Coordinates cross-functional teams and suppliers, tracks deliverables and costs, manages changes and issues, supports customer approvals and runoffs, and ensures documentation, shipment, startup, and lessons learned are completed.
