Designs and develops embedded software and firmware for microcontrollers, microprocessors, and digital signal processors. Responsibilities include creating device drivers, working with RTOS and bare-metal environments, testing and debugging, optimizing performance and power usage, conducting code reviews, collaborating with hardware and product teams, and documenting technical designs. The role requires strong embedded programming, hardware-software integration, communication protocol, and troubleshooting expertise.

Designs and validates embedded hardware, including digital and analog circuits, power supplies, schematics, and up to four-layer PCBs. Responsibilities include component selection, BOM preparation, prototype testing, debugging, troubleshooting, EMI/EMC compliance support, documentation, and collaboration with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams throughout product development.

Drive end-to-end corporate and channel sales, including lead generation, prospecting, client visits, product demonstrations, solution presentations, negotiations, bidding support, and deal closure. Develop dealer, distributor, and system-integrator partnerships while maintaining existing relationships. Build and manage the sales pipeline, prepare tailored proposals, support BOQ/BOM development, resolve escalations, and hand closed opportunities to account management. Achieve revenue, volume, conversion, pricing, and response-time targets.
