Designs and validates embedded hardware, including digital and analog circuits, power supplies, schematics, and up to four-layer PCBs. Responsibilities include component selection, BOM preparation, prototype testing, debugging, troubleshooting, EMI/EMC compliance support, documentation, and collaboration with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams throughout product development.

Provides techno-commercial presales support by partnering with sales teams, engaging customers and channel partners, delivering product presentations, demos, and proofs of concept, qualifying leads, and supporting bid management. Prepares and validates technical documentation, bills of materials, bills of quantities, quotations, and proposals; follows up on opportunities and coordinates communication between clients and sales teams to improve qualification and conversion rates.

Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads within target customer segments for attendance and access control solutions. Conduct personalized email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach; identify prospect needs, address objections, schedule meetings and demos, and coordinate lead distribution with sales teams. Track lead status, provide sales insights and closed-loop feedback, develop outreach scripts and campaigns, and support opportunities through the sales cycle.
