We build software to improve the home buying process! Our flagship product is business management software for home inspectors. Scheduling and dispatch, report writing on mobile and desktop, client communication, payments, and the reporting that tells an inspector how the business is actually doing. For most of our customers, it's the first thing they open in the morning and the last thing they close at night. Spectora launched in January 2017, built by founders who spent the previous year designing it alongside working inspectors and agents. That's still how we build. Inspectors tell us what gets in their way, we fix it, and we back it with support that answers. Today we're a remote-friendly team of 100+ people across the US and internationally, with offices in Denver, CO and Asheville, NC. Home inspection is skilled, high-stakes work. Our job is to make it easier for inspectors to deliver great inspections, grow their businesses, and build relationships that last.
