Design and validate antennas and RF front-ends from simulation to production: EM simulation, PCB RF schematic/layout, RF measurements (VNA, S‑parameters, radiation patterns), multi-radio coexistence, production qualification, and documentation.

Lead development and ownership of hardware test and qualification programs across DVT, production validation, and certification. Design and document reliability test suites, execute environmental/mechanical/electrical/EMC/lifetime tests, analyze data for margins and failure trends, manage external certification labs, perform field failure triage and root cause analysis, and build business cases and equipment procurement. Own reliability for a live fleet of Linux-based edge sensors and cloud infrastructure. Triage and recover field hardware, perform SSH-based diagnostics, build fleet management and OTA systems, implement observability and alerting, automate operational tasks, develop runbooks, and participate in on-call rotations to prevent and resolve incidents.

Design and optimize end-to-end wireless systems for long-range and multi-radio deployments. Build models, simulations, and automated planning tools; collaborate with RF, firmware, and software teams; lead field validation, interoperability testing, and deployment tuning for large-scale sensor networks.

Own post-deployment customer experience: manage handoffs, monitor platform health and utilization, provide technical support and escalations, surface customer feedback to engineering, enable renewals/expansions with usage insights, and build onboarding documentation and training.

Design and build automated test fixtures and software (Python, Rust/C) for qualification and production. Drive design-for-testability, perform cross-domain debugging (mechanical, electrical, software), run reliability/qualification rigs, and own failure analysis and production testing to ensure units meet specs.
