The Territory Manager will drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, provide product education, and support project execution in their assigned territory.

Assemble components per work instructions, prepare and stage materials, load/unload workstations, use hand and basic power tools, inspect quality, pack finished units, maintain clean workspace, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with team to meet production goals.

Analyze, track, and report manufacturing costs; maintain standard costs in the ERP; investigate variances; support month-end close, inventory valuation, cycle counts, budgeting/forecasting, and process improvements to improve profitability.

Lead end-to-end operations including SIOP/IBP, planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution. Drive ERP/MRP implementations and optimization, ensure forecast accuracy and inventory targets, establish KPI frameworks, and lead continuous improvement to align demand, supply, and financial objectives.
