Assemble products, prepare and stage materials, use hand and power tools, inspect parts for quality, pack completed units, and maintain safe, organized work areas. The role involves following work instructions, meeting production goals, and collaborating with supervisors and team members in a manufacturing environment. No prior experience is required, as training is provided.

Manages sales growth and customer relationships across Tennessee and Alabama. Coordinates large-project sales, develops distribution channels, visits key accounts, identifies new business, presents technical product solutions, and meets sales goals. The role requires frequent regional travel, construction-industry customer engagement, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication skills.

Analyzes and reports manufacturing costs, maintains standard costs in the ERP system, investigates variances, supports inventory valuation and month-end close, and assists with budgeting and forecasting. Partners with operations, supply chain, engineering, procurement, finance, and IT to improve costing accuracy, production processes, controls, and profitability. Supports physical inventory counts, new product costing, bills of materials, and non-manufacturing cost areas such as freight, warehousing, and tariffs.
