The Senior Operations Manager will oversee end-to-end operations including planning, procurement, logistics, and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and financial objectives.

Manage and maintain manufacturing standard costs, analyze variances, support month-end close, monitor inventory valuation, participate in physical counts, assist budgeting/forecasting, improve costing processes, and support new product costing and non-manufacturing cost accounting.

Assemble components per work instructions, prepare and stage materials, load/unload workstations, use hand and basic power tools, inspect quality, pack finished units, maintain clean workspace, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with team to meet production goals.
