Assemble, test, and inspect electronic and mechanical products in a clean manufacturing environment. Perform PCB, cable/harness and mechanical assembly using hand/power tools, follow work instructions, read diagrams, use manufacturing systems, assist with inventory, and support quality and production goals.

Perform semi-repetitive mechanical and electrical assembly tasks including hand soldering (SMT and through-hole), operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, inspect finished products for quality, follow work instructions and safety/ESD protocols, and support production needs to meet throughput and compliance metrics.

Develop, implement, and validate manufacturing test solutions for PCBA and electronic assemblies. Support NPI test development, debug complex failures to component level, maintain/calibrate test equipment, analyze yields and defect trends to drive improvements, ensure compliance with aerospace/defense standards, and train production staff.
