Develops, optimizes, documents, and sustains SMT and PCBA manufacturing processes. Supports NPI, DFM/DFA, equipment optimization, troubleshooting, process validation, root-cause analysis, yield improvement, and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives. Provides hands-on production support, improves quality and throughput, establishes process parameters and work instructions, and collaborates with Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Program Management teams.

Supervise the manufacturing engineering services team supporting configuration management, BOMs, technical documentation, engineering changes, component analysis, and production issue resolution. Ensure manufacturing information is accurate and current while coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and customers. Lead personnel development, prioritize technical workloads, support manufacturing readiness and product lifecycle activities, and improve processes involving electronics manufacturing, component compliance, obsolescence, and production continuity.

Supports basic surface-mount technology production by setting up feeders, loading boards and materials, operating solder paste printing equipment, assisting with SPI setup, inspecting boards, and maintaining organized workstations. Follows detailed work instructions, ESD controls, safety protocols, and quality requirements while working under close supervision. The role requires standing for extended periods, handling small components, and lifting materials up to 25 pounds.

Performs incoming, in-process, and final inspections of electronic assemblies, components, and materials. Verifies documentation and compliance with customer, IPC, AS9100, ISO, and ITAR requirements; records receipts in ERP/MRP systems; identifies defects; stages and labels materials; resolves discrepancies with procurement, quality, and warehouse teams; and follows safety and ESD protocols. The role may require material-handling equipment operation and prolonged microscope-based inspection.

Supervises product engineering personnel and daily engineering operations in an electronics manufacturing environment. Assigns workloads, monitors deliverables and performance, coaches employees, and supports onboarding and development. Coordinates engineering changes, technical documentation, troubleshooting, manufacturing support, corrective actions, and process improvements. Partners with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and program management teams to meet production and customer requirements while maintaining engineering, quality, regulatory, and ITAR compliance.

Develops and improves manufacturing processes for new and existing products. Responsibilities include root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, prototype and manufacturability reviews, equipment and tooling requirements, facility layout, cost estimation, process integrity, production support, and employee training. The role requires engineering education, manufacturing experience, DFM and NPI expertise, Lean and Six Sigma knowledge, quality principles, strong analytical and communication skills, and full color vision.

Processes and verifies vendor invoices, manages payments and employee reimbursements, reconciles accounts payable transactions, resolves discrepancies, supports month-end close and audits, maintains compliance documentation, and recommends process improvements. The role collaborates with vendors, employees, internal stakeholders, and the Controller while maintaining accuracy across high transaction volumes.

Leads financial operations for an electronics manufacturing site, including month-end close, GAAP-compliant reporting, inventory costing, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, working-capital management, fixed assets, internal controls, and audit support. Partners with site and corporate leadership on profitability and operational performance, leads accounting improvement projects, and supervises up to four accounting staff. The role is fully on-site in Brooksville, Florida and supports aerospace and defense-focused manufacturing operations.

Perform basic mechanical and electronic assembly tasks (masking, hand coating, touch-up, box build, final assembly) under close supervision. Prepare materials, inspect own work for defects, maintain workstation cleanliness, and follow safety and work instructions. Support production flow and assist other areas as needed.

Lead and develop the site Program Management team to execute complex electronics programs across proposal, production, and delivery. Own customer relationships, drive schedule, cost, quality, and profitability, coordinate cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance), and support business development and customer reviews.

Entry-level SMT operator supporting setup and basic line operations: loading feeders and boards, operating solder paste printer, assisting SPI, visual inspection, workstation upkeep, following work instructions, ESD and safety protocols, and supporting production throughput under close supervision.

Develop FAR/DFARS-compliant cost and pricing proposals, build and maintain cost models and databases, perform detailed labor/material and should-cost analyses, support proposal negotiations and government reporting, and provide ongoing cost tracking, variance analysis, and cross-functional financial support for manufacturing contracts.
