Leads financial operations for an electronics manufacturing site, including month-end close, GAAP-compliant reporting, inventory costing, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, working-capital management, fixed assets, internal controls, and audit support. Partners with site and corporate leadership on profitability and operational performance, leads accounting improvement projects, and supervises up to four accounting staff. The role is fully on-site in Brooksville, Florida and supports aerospace and defense-focused manufacturing operations.

Supports basic surface-mount technology production by setting up feeders, loading boards and materials, operating solder paste printing equipment, assisting with SPI setup, inspecting boards, and maintaining organized workstations. Follows detailed work instructions, ESD controls, safety protocols, and quality requirements while working under close supervision. The role requires standing for extended periods, handling small components, and lifting materials up to 25 pounds.

Perform semi-repetitive mechanical and electrical assembly tasks including hand soldering (SMT and through-hole), operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, inspect finished products for quality, follow work instructions and safety/ESD protocols, and support production needs to meet throughput and compliance metrics.

Supports program managers throughout customer program lifecycles by coordinating schedules, meetings, purchase orders, deliverables, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional follow-up. Communicates with customers and manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, quality, and planning teams regarding status, materials, production, risks, and delivery requirements. Assists with proposals, NPI, engineering changes, corrective actions, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives in an electronics manufacturing environment.

Lead hands-on manufacturing engineering on the production floor for complex electronic, electromechanical, and box-build assemblies. Responsibilities include process development, NPI, DFM/DFA, engineering changes, documentation, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, corrective actions, yield improvement, and continuous improvement. The role partners with production, quality, operations, supply chain, program management, and customers while mentoring engineers and supporting aerospace and defense manufacturing requirements.

Provides hands-on desktop and endpoint support for manufacturing and business operations. Installs, configures, images, maintains, and troubleshoots Windows devices, Microsoft 365, printers, mobile devices, peripherals, connectivity, and collaboration technology. Supports user onboarding, asset tracking, deployments, hardware refreshes, endpoint security, documentation, vendor coordination, and escalated technical issues. The role works onsite four days weekly, remotely Fridays, and participates in occasional on-call support while complying with cybersecurity, ITAR, and clearance requirements.

Perform basic mechanical and electronic assembly tasks (masking, hand coating, touch-up, box build, final assembly) under close supervision. Prepare materials, inspect own work for defects, maintain workstation cleanliness, and follow safety and work instructions. Support production flow and assist other areas as needed.

Assemble, test, and inspect electronic and mechanical products in a clean manufacturing environment. Perform PCB, cable/harness and mechanical assembly using hand/power tools, follow work instructions, read diagrams, use manufacturing systems, assist with inventory, and support quality and production goals.

Lead and develop the site Program Management team to execute complex electronics programs across proposal, production, and delivery. Own customer relationships, drive schedule, cost, quality, and profitability, coordinate cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance), and support business development and customer reviews.

Entry-level SMT operator supporting setup and basic line operations: loading feeders and boards, operating solder paste printer, assisting SPI, visual inspection, workstation upkeep, following work instructions, ESD and safety protocols, and supporting production throughput under close supervision.

Develop FAR/DFARS-compliant cost and pricing proposals, build and maintain cost models and databases, perform detailed labor/material and should-cost analyses, support proposal negotiations and government reporting, and provide ongoing cost tracking, variance analysis, and cross-functional financial support for manufacturing contracts.

Support NPI and DFM efforts by planning and executing prototype and production builds, managing product data (BOMs, ECNs), performing failure analysis and troubleshooting, ensuring compliance, creating documentation and work instructions, and partnering cross-functionally to transition products to manufacturing and support customers.
