Support product lifecycle and sustaining engineering for electro-mechanical and medical-device products. Manage ECOs, BOMs, documentation control, manufacturing support, root-cause analysis, NPI coordination, corrective actions, and continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and manufacturing readiness.

Support NPI and DFM efforts by planning and executing prototype and production builds, managing product data (BOMs, ECNs), performing failure analysis and troubleshooting, ensuring compliance, creating documentation and work instructions, and partnering cross-functionally to transition products to manufacturing and support customers.

Site Plant Controller responsible for month-end close, costing, financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, inventory and asset control, variance analysis, internal controls, audit support, staff supervision, and partnering with site management to improve profitability and processes.
