Own the Flashbid proprietary wrapper and buy-side auction stack end-to-end. Optimize auction latency, bidder integrations, yield algorithms, floor prices, throttling, refresh, and revenue performance. Manage supply-chain compliance through ads.txt, SCHAIN, and consent frameworks including TCF and GPP. Lead A/B testing, KPI tracking, roadmap prioritization, and cross-functional alignment across Data, Engineering, Supply, DPO, and executive stakeholders.

Own the no-code configuration layer for Actirise, including ad format activation, video player and catalog tools, CMP/paywall templates, and cross-surface UX consistency. Define self-serve versus managed workflows, maintain data contracts and permissions, and ensure every UI capability is agent-executable. Partner with design, engineering, account, and engagement teams to simplify configuration, improve adoption, reduce support needs, and support scalable publisher activation.

Support monthly and annual closings, produce management reports and KPIs, analyze variances versus budgets and forecasts, run profitability and cost analyses, develop dashboards, improve reporting processes and tools, and act as a business partner to operational managers for ad-hoc analyses.

Provide system and network administration across Sparteo's infrastructure: monitor and maintain Linux servers, manage routers/switches/firewalls/VPNs, implement security updates and backups, troubleshoot internal IT issues, document configurations and propose operational improvements. Support on-site incident response in the Nord (59) region and collaborate with international teams in French and English.
