Lead approximately ten engineers through two team leads, set technical roadmaps, make architecture and build-or-kill decisions, maintain bid-path latency and availability SLOs, oversee privacy and supply-chain integrity, handle escalations, and represent the company externally. The role requires deep sell-side adtech expertise, hands-on Prebid and OpenRTB knowledge, polyglot code review ability, and daily AI-assisted engineering practice.
