Perform standard tests on production batches and some incoming raw materials, record results in SAP, maintain COAs and reference files, verify gauges and test equipment, recommend batch adjustments, support investigations and corrective actions, and complete required documentation and customer paperwork.

Serve as primary internal owner and liaison for SAP ECC 6 support: triage tickets, assess business impact, coordinate with third-party SAP providers, manage prioritization, validate fixes, coordinate testing, document processes, support Finance-related activities, and improve cross-functional SAP processes and reporting.
