Lead and coordinate all plant operations including safety, environmental compliance, quality, production, cost control, staffing, training, capital planning, and continuous improvement to meet business goals and budgets.

Lead and maintain the plant Quality Management System (ISO9001/AS9100), perform audits, data analysis and trend identification, drive corrective actions (RCCA, 8D, A3, CAPA), support supplier quality, lead returns/rejects resolution, and participate in continuous improvement and Kaizen events to improve KPIs.

Perform routine quality tests on production batches and some incoming raw materials, record results in SAP, maintain COAs and lab records, calibrate/verify equipment, collect and store samples, audit processes, support investigations and corrective actions, and communicate documentation to customers while following safety procedures.

Own and optimize plant processes (cell casting, coating, annealing, mixing), lead DOE-based troubleshooting and process improvements, run root-cause analysis, support trials and customer complaints, train staff, and lead projects ensuring ISO/Operational Excellence compliance.

Manage site quality systems and testing for a plastic sheet manufacturing facility. Oversee Quality lab staff, maintain ISO 9001/QMS compliance, drive corrective actions, support customer technical issues, and lead continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma, FMEA, and 5S. Support plant management including safety and operations.

Entry-level manufacturing role responsible for weigh-up/packaging duties: read shop orders, stage materials, operate forklifts, record quality data, clean and maintain equipment, meet production and safety targets, and participate in Kaizen/lean events.

Lead engineering-driven capital and operational projects for acrylic manufacturing, focusing on brownfield factory expansions. Manage cross-functional teams, budgets, risks, contractors, regulatory engagement, project accounting, documentation, and safety for mechanical and chemical process initiatives.

Lead plant EHS programs for safety, health, and environmental compliance. Develop policies, execute training, manage risk assessments, emergency response, reporting, and EHS improvement projects to ensure regulatory and corporate adherence.

Perform standard lab tests on production batches and incoming raw materials, record results in SAP, issue rejections, maintain COAs and lab equipment calibration, audit processes, collect and store samples, support corrective actions and customer documentation, and follow safety and housekeeping procedures.

Oversee plant supply chain operations including raw material purchasing, inventory control, production scheduling, demand planning, and finished goods shipping. Ensure data integrity, regulatory and corporate compliance, timely shipments, and continuous performance improvement. Lead shipping/receiving teams, collaborate with supervisors and HR, and manage safety and cost objectives.
