Oversee Quality lab staff, maintain ISO 9001/QMS compliance, drive corrective actions, support customer technical issues, and lead continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma, FMEA, and 5S. Support plant management including safety and operations.

Own and optimize plant processes (cell casting, coating, annealing, mixing), lead DOE-based troubleshooting and process improvements, run root-cause analysis, support trials and customer complaints, train staff, and lead projects ensuring ISO/Operational Excellence compliance.

Lead process improvement and troubleshooting for acrylic sheet manufacturing using DOE and LEAN tools. Optimize yield, labor, set‑up times, and quality; execute trials, root cause analysis, customer complaint resolution, staff training, and ISO/IMS-compliant projects.
