Coordinate plant training, onboarding, orientation, certification, and continuing education for manufacturing employees. Develop annual learning plans, position-specific coursework, evaluations, sustainment training, and operator career progression paths. Train new production hires, manage floor trainers, improve retention and development programs, and collaborate with HR, plant leadership, EH&S, and Quality teams on specialized training. Promote respectful communication, teamwork, safety, quality, efficiency, and company culture.

Leads compensation and total rewards execution for an 800-employee, multi-site manufacturing organization. Owns job architecture, salary bands, market reviews, merit and incentive cycles, internal equity, pay transparency, exception governance, manager calibration, payroll oversight, and compensation reporting. Partners with Finance, the Chief People Officer, and plant leaders to maintain compliant, consistent, data-driven programs while coaching managers and improving processes.

Own and improve plant processes through design of experiments, Lean and Operational Excellence methods, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and data-driven optimization. Lead initiatives involving yield improvement, labor efficiency, cost reduction, cycle optimization, waste reduction, and product quality. Support customer complaint investigations, conduct process trials, train staff, and lead projects while ensuring ISO and operational compliance.
