The Process Engineer serves as the site manufacturing-process expert, troubleshooting technology, quality, equipment, and productivity issues. Responsibilities include leading continuous-improvement and CAPEX projects, implementing new processes, conducting root-cause analysis, managing documentation, improving safety and quality, optimizing capacity and costs, and supporting plant leadership. The role collaborates with maintenance, contractors, corporate teams, and cross-functional stakeholders in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Lead site quality system and ISO 9001 certification; manage audits, customer complaints, and corrective actions; ensure process control and product conformity; drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma, FMEA, and 5S; oversee testing, EHS procedures, and quality training; represent plant with customers.

Lead process improvement and troubleshooting for acrylic sheet manufacturing using DOE and LEAN tools. Optimize yield, labor, set‑up times, and quality; execute trials, root cause analysis, customer complaint resolution, staff training, and ISO/IMS-compliant projects.
