Prepares students and alumni for employment through career coaching, resume and interview guidance, job-search support, outreach, and placement tracking. Maintains student records, communicates job opportunities, follows up with employers, develops industry partnerships, supports career fairs and campus events, and assists with graduate employment and accreditation reporting. The role also provides customer service, office support, and coordination with academic and administrative teams.

Advise and coach students and alumni on job search skills, resume writing, interviewing, and employer outreach; maintain student/alumni records and employer relationships; support career events and reporting.

Provide individual and group career coaching to students and alumni, maintain outreach and placement records, develop employer partnerships, support campus career events, assist with graduation and accreditation tracking, and collaborate with faculty and student services to help students secure and retain employment.

Manage all program functions including faculty hiring, training, and evaluation; oversee student success, attendance, and advisement; develop schedules and curriculum; manage equipment, licensed software, consumables, and program budget; and teach courses as required.
