Manage all program functions for the AMT program: recruit and supervise faculty, oversee curriculum and schedules, support student success and retention, manage equipment and budgets, participate in curriculum review, and teach courses as needed.

Drive enrollment and business development for a flight school by contacting prospective students, managing leads and CRM, facilitating enrollment paperwork, supporting social and email marketing, analyzing performance with marketing and analytics teams, attending events, and ensuring data accuracy and reporting to meet monthly enrollment goals.
