Provide peer-level guidance, encouragement, and accountability to assigned flight students. Support tutoring, identify at-risk students, maintain LogTen Pro records, model LinkedIn professionalism, help plan campus events, represent the program at open houses, engage with student apps, and contribute to the programs public reputation through reviews and outreach.

Provide individual and group career coaching to students and alumni, maintain outreach and placement records, develop employer partnerships, support campus career events, assist with graduation and accreditation tracking, and collaborate with faculty and student services to help students secure and retain employment.

Create, shoot, edit, schedule, and publish social-first photo and short-form video content across platforms. Write on-brand captions, monitor engagement, coordinate with campus staff, track KPIs and report, maintain media calendars, and stay current on platform trends and algorithms. Flexible hours and occasional rapid turnarounds required.

Manage all program functions including faculty hiring, training, and evaluation; oversee student success, attendance, and advisement; develop schedules and curriculum; manage equipment, licensed software, consumables, and program budget; and teach courses as required.

Advise and coach students and alumni on job search skills, resume writing, interviewing, and employer outreach; maintain student/alumni records and employer relationships; support career events and reporting.
