Advise and coach students and alumni on job search skills, resume writing, interviewing, and employer outreach; maintain student/alumni records and employer relationships; support career events and reporting.

Provide individual and group career coaching to students and alumni, maintain outreach and placement records, develop employer partnerships, support campus career events, assist with graduation and accreditation tracking, and collaborate with faculty and student services to help students secure and retain employment.

Serve as a peer mentor for assigned flight students, offering academic and flight guidance, tutoring support, logbook management assistance (LogTen Pro), community event planning and representation at open houses, and engagement with student-facing apps and outreach to support retention and student success.

Provide peer-level guidance, encouragement, and accountability to assigned flight students. Support tutoring, identify at-risk students, maintain LogTen Pro records, model LinkedIn professionalism, help plan campus events, represent the program at open houses, engage with student apps, and contribute to the programs public reputation through reviews and outreach.

Support Course Design team by provisioning and maintaining SCORM-compliant course content and master templates, troubleshooting LMS and integrated tools, training and assisting faculty, responding to technical support inquiries, ensuring curriculum documentation aligns with accreditation, and participating in curriculum meetings.
