Creates, captures, edits, schedules, publishes, and manages social media content across platforms. Produces photo and short-form video, writes captions, coordinates campus content, monitors engagement, responds to audiences, tracks KPIs, reports performance, and adapts content strategies to platform trends and algorithms. The role requires frequent travel to surrounding campuses, occasional irregular hours, strong visual storytelling, and proficiency with social media management and video editing tools.

Prepares students and alumni for employment through career coaching, resume and interview guidance, job-search support, outreach, and placement tracking. Maintains student records, communicates job opportunities, follows up with employers, develops industry partnerships, supports career fairs and campus events, and assists with graduate employment and accreditation reporting. The role also provides customer service, office support, and coordination with academic and administrative teams.

Manage all program functions including faculty hiring, training, and evaluation; oversee student success, attendance, and advisement; develop schedules and curriculum; manage equipment, licensed software, consumables, and program budget; and teach courses as required.
