Own end-to-end tech recruitment for Engineering and Product: partner with senior tech leaders, source proactively, run fair interview processes, build pipelines and employer brand, improve TA processes and use AI tools to scale hiring.

Lead product strategy and execution for data- and AI-centric commodity trading products. Translate vision into technical goals, prioritize features, remove blockers, coordinate cross-functional teams, track milestones, and ensure high-quality, scalable deliveries across energy commodity verticals.
