Own a portfolio of commodity-trading clients, managing onboarding, training, support, adoption, retention, renewals, and growth. Build client relationships, identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, gather product feedback, improve customer success processes, and help foster a customer-focused culture. The role requires familiarity with oil and gas, commodities, or trading, customer-facing experience, comfort with AI and automation, strong communication, analytical thinking, and initiative.

Own strategic client relationships, protect renewals, and expand accounts into $1M+ enterprise agreements. Build account plans, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, lead complex negotiations with senior stakeholders, manage retention and expansion targets, maintain CRM forecasting, and coach Account Managers. The role focuses on selling AI-powered commodity trading intelligence to trading houses, energy companies, financial institutions, and hedge funds.

Lead Sparta’s global People strategy as the senior People leader reporting to the CEO. Build compensation, leveling, performance, leadership development, succession, workforce planning, talent acquisition, learning, and organizational design programs. Advise executives and the board, strengthen manager capability, oversee employee experience across distributed international teams, and develop the People function toward a future CPO organization.
