Support on-site community operations for a 55+ active adult property: rent collection, vendor/maintenance coordination, budgeting, resident communications, events and tours, leasing processes, and YARDI-based resident/availability management to maximize satisfaction, occupancy, and retention.

Support Regional Management with day-to-day operations of Active Adult 55+ communities, including coaching and training onsite teams, Yardi administration and support, financial and SOX-related reporting, handling escalations and reputation management, coordinating onboarding and openings, and assisting with sales strategy and partner reporting. Travel up to 50% and flexible schedule required.

Support regional management of Active Adult 55+ communities by overseeing operations, financial reporting, Yardi support, onboarding/training, sales strategy, compliance (SOX, Fair Housing), escalations, hiring, and special projects. Provide coaching, prepare portfolio reports and partner call materials, troubleshoot Yardi issues, and fill onsite vacancies to maintain continuity across the region.

The VP of Operations is responsible for leading operational strategy for a portfolio of Active Adult communities, motivating teams, driving financial and operational goals, and fostering a supportive culture.

Support the Community Manager at a 55+ active adult community handling daily operations, rent and budget management, vendor and maintenance coordination, resident communications, events and engagement programming, tours and leasing, application processing, and use of property management software to drive satisfaction, occupancy, and retention.
