Uses YARDI to manage availability and resident data while helping achieve occupancy, revenue, satisfaction, and expense goals. Requires property management experience, regulatory knowledge, strong communication, and schedule flexibility.

Supports the Community Manager with daily operations at an active adult multifamily community. Responsibilities include rent collection, invoices, budgets, vendor and maintenance coordination, resident communications, activities, property inspections, leasing, tours, lead follow-up, applications, screening, move-ins, renewals, social media, and resident satisfaction and retention. The role requires strong customer service, financial administration, conflict resolution, regulatory knowledge, and flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Lead regional sales strategy for a portfolio of Active Adult communities. Coach community sales teams, drive occupancy and revenue targets, implement KPIs, analyze CRM and sales data, travel to mentor teams, recruit and train staff, and collaborate with operations, marketing, and asset management to optimize sales performance.
