Supports daily operations of an active adult residential community, including rent collection, invoice payments, budgets, vendor and maintenance coordination, resident communications, inspections, events, leasing, tours, applications, screenings, renewals, and retention. Uses YARDI to manage availability and resident data while promoting satisfaction, occupancy, revenue, and community engagement. Provides high-quality service, resolves concerns, supports social media, and assists the Community Manager with operational and financial goals.

Supports daily operations of a 55+ active adult community, including rent collection, budgeting, vendor and maintenance coordination, resident communications, inspections, and compliance. Conducts tours, processes applications and leases, manages leads, supports renewals, promotes events and social media, and delivers high-quality resident service. Helps achieve occupancy, revenue, expense, satisfaction, and retention goals while maintaining community standards.

Leads sales strategy and performance across a portfolio of Active Adult communities. Coaches community sales teams, drives occupancy and revenue targets, implements sales programs and KPIs, analyzes CRM and sales data, develops training, supports recruiting, and partners with operations and marketing. The role requires regular travel to communities, relationship building, sales-plan execution, onboarding, performance improvement, and regional rollout of initiatives.
