The Director of Safety & Compliance leads safety programs for battery energy storage projects, ensuring compliance and real-world safety standards, while overseeing incident response and subcontractor safety.

Lead and scale Sparkfund's field QA/QC program for distributed energy projects. Develop inspection standards, audit frameworks, and quality metrics; manage QA team and field audits; oversee defect management and commissioning readiness; partner across construction, engineering, commissioning, and operations to drive continuous improvement and ensure safe, reliable project delivery.

The Permitting Specialist will manage permit applications, coordinate with municipal agencies, ensure compliance, track approvals, and facilitate project timelines for distributed energy initiatives.
