Lead and scale Sparkfund's field QA/QC program for distributed energy projects. Develop inspection standards, audit frameworks, and quality metrics; manage QA team and field audits; oversee defect management and commissioning readiness; partner across construction, engineering, commissioning, and operations to drive continuous improvement and ensure safe, reliable project delivery.

The Program Director will lead the execution of utility and hyperscaler programs, managing stakeholders, ensuring program performance, and improving delivery efficiency.

Support design and deployment of distributed energy programs by evaluating utility distribution systems, assessing integration requirements for BESS/EVs/DERs, developing OT and controls strategies, supporting interconnection and hosting-capacity analysis, and collaborating with utility and internal teams to translate technical requirements into deployable recommendations.
