Develop and lead Minnesota community engagement strategies for distributed energy projects. Build relationships with local officials, community organizations, and stakeholders; facilitate public meetings and outreach events; identify concerns and project risks; support local approvals; track engagement activity; and partner with internal teams on messaging, project delivery, and community readiness.

Build, audit, and maintain programmatic and bespoke financial models for pricing Distributed Capacity Procurement deals. Validate cost, revenue, timing, and financing assumptions with cross-functional teams, identify discrepancies, and translate model outputs into actionable deal terms. The role requires strong Excel modeling, project finance knowledge, attention to detail, and clear communication with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
