Provide commercial contract drafting and review, maintain legal documentation and internal policies, mitigate legal risks across teams, handle customer claims, coordinate with external counsel, and support IP protection for a fast-growing tech venture builder.

Drive and expand direct publisher partnerships across web, mobile, and CTV. Negotiate commercial agreements, onboard and integrate publishers (SDK/API, Prebid.js, tags), optimize monetization, monitor performance, troubleshoot integrations, and collaborate with sales, product, and marketing to maximize revenue.
