Lead quality for a major spacecraft program: build and scale the QMS, support AS9100 certification, partner across engineering/manufacturing/supply chain, define quality standards and controls, drive root cause analysis and CAPA, and ensure flight hardware meets reliability and mission-readiness requirements.

Support procurement, supplier management, material planning, and inventory for engineering and manufacturing. Create and track purchase orders, manage suppliers, resolve shortages, maintain ERP inventory records, assist receiving/reconciliation, source prototype and production components, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The Electrical Engineer will design and build prototypes, refine electrical designs, test systems, and collaborate with other engineering teams to mature a flight-ready technology.
