Owns account strategy, contract value, revenue growth, renewals, customer satisfaction, executive relationships, and cross-functional service delivery. Develops strategic plans, manages negotiations, coordinates distributed teams, supports financial projections, and grows state and local government cooperative purchasing programs. Supervises and mentors the customer team while serving as a senior business consultant to public-sector customers.

Advises public and municipal organizations on procurement strategy, tender compliance, and public contracts. Drafts legal opinions, tender documents, contracts, and interconnected clause models for Edilexpert/Legalflo. Contributes to legal publications and training, monitors legislative and regulatory developments, and maintains the platform’s legal content. The role requires Quebec legal-profession membership, commercial or contract law experience, excellent French, and authorization to work in Canada.

Owns the Canadian public-sector sales territory, developing pipeline through prospecting, SDR partnership, referrals, and market relationships. Leads discovery, manages complex SaaS opportunities from engagement through negotiation and close, and collaborates with solution consulting and enablement teams. Maintains accurate Salesforce and Gong records, represents SOVRA at industry events, travels 5–10% annually, and delivers consistent quarterly performance.

Build and maintain scalable AWS data pipelines from source-system CDC through Bronze, Silver, and Gold lakehouse layers. Develop dbt transformations, data models, ETL processes, quality controls, catalog and lineage metadata, and reliability monitoring. Partner with analysts, product, GTM, AI teams, source owners, and customers to deliver governed data products. Troubleshoot incidents, optimize cost and performance, support AI-ready datasets, and contribute to new ingestion patterns and platform evolution.

Own and operate SOVRA’s AWS cloud platform, Terraform infrastructure, GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines, security controls, and observability stack. Build resilient, secure environments; automate deployments; support vulnerability, secrets, compliance, disaster recovery, and audit readiness; and improve reliability through monitoring, incident response, and root-cause analysis. Evaluate AI-assisted DevOps, security, and operational tooling with rigorous output validation. Participate in sprint ceremonies and a 24/7 on-call rotation after onboarding.

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications, microservices, APIs, and complex business-rule systems using .NET Core, C#, TypeScript, Angular, and React. Design secure, scalable backend solutions, implement frontend features, evaluate AI-generated code, create unit tests, and collaborate with product, engineering, and quality assurance teams. Document code in French and work bilingually in French and English.

Develop and maintain full-stack web application features, microservices, APIs, and front-end components using .NET Core, C#, TypeScript, Angular, and React. Design scalable solutions, apply OWASP and CWE/SANS Top 25 security practices, navigate complex business rules, critically evaluate AI-generated code, create unit tests, and collaborate with product and QA teams. Document code in French and work bilingually in French and English.

Own the full sales cycle for public-sector SaaS customers, from agency prospecting and consultative discovery through demonstrations, proposals, procurement processes, negotiations, and close. Build self-sourced pipeline, manage multi-stakeholder deals, maintain accurate Salesforce records and forecasts, develop account plans, and represent SOVRA credibly with government agencies. The role requires quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, strong hunting and communication skills, and familiarity with formal procurement processes preferred.

Serve as the pre-sales bridge between product and clients for SOVRAs Merx, Bidnet, and Edilex offerings. Uncover client needs, deliver prescriptive demos, support RFP/RFx responses, collaborate with sales and product teams, and translate procurement expertise into tailored SaaS/cloud solutions for Canadian and US public sector agencies.
