Complete income and expenditure statements, advise on budgeting, signpost customers to money, debt, and legal services, and collaborate with housing benefit, government, and external partners. Support vulnerable customers empathetically while managing a busy workload. The role is hybrid, requires travel across North Hants, Surrey, and Slough, and requires a full driving licence and DBS check.

Sell new homes and Shared Ownership properties while guiding customers through the buying journey. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, qualifying and progressing leads, closing sales against targets, managing development presentation and stock, generating viewings, and supporting tailored marketing activity through market research. The role covers developments across Swindon, Wiltshire, and southern England, with office and home working.

Sell Open Market and Shared Ownership homes while guiding customers through the full purchasing journey. Manage customer relationships, qualify and follow up leads, conduct viewings, progress and close sales, and meet targets and KPIs. The role also involves managing presentation and stock across multiple developments, supporting tailored marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. It is primarily office and home based in Basingstoke, with occasional weekend and out-of-hours work.
