Install, service, diagnose and repair renewable heating systems and associated gas appliances in customer homes to MCS and Gas Safety standards, provide user instruction, record system condition, and work to health and safety and company procedures.

Serve as first point of contact for ~140,000 customers, owning and resolving queries (mostly repair-related). Work full-time 37 hours on a rota (8am–6pm Mon–Fri), initially on-site in Basingstoke for six months then hybrid. Handle complex calls with resilience, use multiple systems while speaking to customers, and collaborate across the business to turn problems into solutions with empathy.

Manage commercial contract lifecycle for high-value Property Services contracts: mobilise, monitor delivery and performance, implement changes, manage risk, oversee transitions/exits, coordinate stakeholders and procurement, and ensure KPI adherence.
