Carry out all forms of plastering repairs across properties, including applying and finishing plaster, insulation, and fireproofing materials; preparing and fixing mouldings, plasterboard installation, mixing and applying plaster/render, and finishing surfaces. Work as part of a responsive repairs team, travel between sites using a company van, and follow health and safety procedures.

Manage rent and service charge collections across customer accounts, monitor arrears, negotiate payment arrangements, provide welfare benefits and money advice, prepare court applications, manage evictions, and liaise with external agencies. The role includes customer home visits and occasional court attendance, requiring travel by car and a full driving licence.

Provide first-line customer support by handling and resolving queries about repairs, rent payments, complaints, anti-social behaviour, rehousing, and related services. Record accurate details in internal systems, communicate clear advice, collaborate with departments, and deliver a professional customer experience. The role is full-time, permanent, rota-based, initially office-based in Hertford for six months before hybrid working is available.
