Maintain cleanliness and presentation of homes, public areas, and club outlets. Perform specialized and rotation cleaning, prepare rooms, handle guest loan items, manage storage and equipment, and assist housekeeping to ensure a welcoming environment for members and guests.

Provide front-line luxury guest service at a private club: greet and assist members and guests, manage arrivals/departures and itineraries, coordinate with departments, maintain presentation standards, report maintenance/housekeeping needs, and support seamless, personalized five-star experiences.

Lead on-site execution of five-star guest experience journeys, supervise hospitality associates, coordinate cross-departmental service delivery, resolve guest issues, maintain luxury presentation standards, and support reporting and metrics for the Director of Hospitality Operations.
