Maintains cleanliness and presentation across private club homes, public areas, patios, windows, grills, laundry spaces, and storage areas. Supports housekeeping by preparing rooms, handling guest loan items, identifying personal linens, stocking supplies, removing garbage, and performing specialized cleaning. Requires physical strength, ladder use, attention to detail, safe chemical exposure, communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently.

Supervises food and beverage outlet operations, leading front-of-house staff and ensuring exceptional service for members and guests. Responsibilities include staff training and scheduling, reservations, inventory, cleanliness, food safety, guest issue resolution, event support, opening and closing procedures, pre-shift meetings, reporting, and adherence to club standards.

Serves as the primary representative for assigned homes, ensuring properties are clean, secure, inspected, inventoried, and guest-ready. Coordinates housekeeping, technician, and departmental services; tracks punch-list items and deficiencies through resolution; conducts home orientations, arrival and departure meetings, wellness checks, and damage reporting; and supports homeowners, guests, and team members while maintaining club standards.
