Supervises Homeowner Services Representatives and Residential Technicians, ensuring efficient inspections, reporting, billing, inventory control, contracted services, and member communications. Coordinates arrivals, departures, maintenance follow-up, purchasing, and departmental collaboration while enforcing procedures and coaching team members. Supports service excellence, operational efficiency, and homeowner and guest needs in a fast-paced private club environment.

Serves as the primary representative for assigned homes, ensuring properties are clean, secure, inspected, inventoried, and guest-ready. Coordinates housekeeping, technician, and departmental services; tracks punch-list items and deficiencies through resolution; conducts home orientations, arrival and departure meetings, wellness checks, and damage reporting; and supports homeowners, guests, and team members while maintaining club standards.

Plan, execute, and host Member events and activations per club SOPs. Coordinate with department heads, manage RSVPs and BEOs, support marketing and post-event analysis, maintain supplies, and lead weekly programming and pool programming when needed.
