Support switches, routers, wireless, firewalls, VoIP/UCaaS, cabling, NAC/Zero Trust, disaster recovery, monitoring, documentation, vendor/SLA management, and occasional after-hours and on-site travel.

Provide and protect patient health information by releasing records to authorized individuals, scanning and filing documents into the EHR, supporting HIM projects, and delivering customer service to clients and treatment providers while following HIPAA and departmental procedures.
