Lead and execute public relations, communications, and stakeholder outreach for transportation and infrastructure clients. Develop messaging, media pitches, social campaigns, collateral, and public engagement events; coordinate with engineering and construction teams; track media and social coverage; support business development; and mentor junior staff. Attend and represent clients at community events and support occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Lead communications and stakeholder engagement for large transmission and substation programs. Serve as primary client contact, align messaging with engineering/construction/environmental/regulatory milestones, develop outreach and issue-response strategies, mentor junior staff, and track stakeholder-related risks and dependencies.

Support project managers on public communications, community outreach, media relations, and events. Draft press materials and content, manage social media and SEO efforts, coordinate paid campaigns and analytics, maintain stakeholder/media databases, execute outreach and field engagement, support account administration, reporting, and business development.

Prepare accurate client invoices per contracts and project budgets; audit time entries and billable expenses; reconcile accounts receivable to the general ledger; post payments; follow up on past due invoices; generate billing and AR reports; partner with project managers; support month-end and year-end close; identify billing process improvements.

Senior Account Executive responsible for planning and executing public relations, communications, and marketing initiatives; researching clients; developing social media campaigns and content; creating collateral and media pitches; planning and staffing events; pursuing business development; and mentoring junior staff. Hybrid role based in Central Valley with travel up to 10-15% and occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
