Leads full-cycle recruitment across the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offers, and onboarding transitions. Builds candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, job boards, and industry events. Advises hiring managers on market conditions, sourcing strategies, and recruitment risks; forecasts hiring needs; develops job descriptions; tracks recruiting data and ATS records; improves processes; and supports employer branding and talent partnerships.

The Senior Account Executive will manage public relations initiatives, develop communication materials, support business development, and mentor junior staff members.

Coordinate and manage digital marketing campaigns including paid search/social/display, email/CRM automation, grassroots advocacy, SEO research and on-page work, analytics reporting and dashboards, and project management. Liaise with account teams and creative, optimize ad buys, translate analytics into recommendations, and ensure campaigns deliver on time and align with client goals.
