Develops recruitment and retention strategies, builds community partnerships, facilitates mentoring sessions, organizes activities, conducts outreach campaigns, tracks outcomes, provides case management referrals, and submits reports. The role includes frequent community travel, evening and weekend work, public events, and virtual services.

Administers RESEA services for unemployment insurance claimants by conducting outreach, eligibility assessments, career counseling, labor-market guidance, reemployment planning, workforce-program enrollment, referrals, and job-search assistance. Maintains claimant records in WorkInTexas, reviews applications, provides technical support, and coordinates supportive services and training referrals. The role also assists center visitors, manages customer flow, and performs occasional local travel.

Provide intake, diagnostic assessment, develop and implement therapeutic and service plans, deliver individual, family and group counseling, document services in ETO, transport clients, deliver staff training, and travel for home-based services and trainings.

Determines client eligibility for childcare assistance, processes applications and service authorizations, maintains case records, enters data into state and childcare systems, educates parents, provides outreach, and coordinates services with child protective services, workforce centers, and public assistance programs. The role also processes transfers and service discontinuations while complying with applicable regulations, privacy policies, and customer service standards.

Provide comprehensive case management for at-risk youth: intake, assessments, service plans, documentation, weekly home visits, crisis intervention, advocacy, group facilitation, transport, and coordination with program staff while maintaining physical and web-based client files.

Provide direct supervision and support for at-risk youth, assist Case Manager with skills-building programs, group facilitation, and transportation. Maintain and enter accurate case data and documentation, respond to crises, administer first aid when needed, and uphold required trainings and certifications.

Directs community-based clinical and youth mentoring programs for probation-involved youth. Responsibilities include program compliance, care coordination, counseling, assessments, staff hiring and supervision, mentor recruitment and training, budgeting, reporting, community partnerships, transportation, and outcome monitoring. Provides services in homes, schools, and other community locations while ensuring culturally responsive, strength-based care and adherence to licensing, funder, and juvenile probation requirements.

Assist parents and childcare providers by determining eligibility, entering and maintaining records in state childcare systems, authorizing services, coordinating with DFPS and workforce staff, conducting outreach to waitlisted families, and providing client support per program policies.

Develop employer relationships and provide business services to employers and job seekers: create and manage WorkInTexas job postings, refer qualified candidates, provide technical assistance, coordinate job fairs and outreach, and present workforce programs to employers.

Provide weekly, home-based Functional Family Therapy, supervise and consult with FFT therapists, monitor fidelity and documentation, refer families to services, maintain certifications and licensure, respond to crises including physical interventions, and perform transport and other client-facing duties with a flexible schedule.

Determine client eligibility for childcare assistance, enter and maintain case records in state systems, authorize services, coordinate with workforce and protective services, conduct outreach and intake, and provide customer support while complying with policies and data security.
