Assist parents and childcare providers by determining eligibility, entering and maintaining records in state childcare systems, authorizing services, coordinating with DFPS and workforce staff, conducting outreach to waitlisted families, and providing client support per program policies.

Develop employer relationships and provide business services to employers and job seekers: create and manage WorkInTexas job postings, refer qualified candidates, provide technical assistance, coordinate job fairs and outreach, and present workforce programs to employers.

Lead and manage youth mentoring and community connections programs: conduct assessments, provide in-home and group counseling, oversee mentor recruitment/retention, ensure contract and licensing compliance, manage budgets/reports, coordinate with community stakeholders, supervise staff, and provide occasional virtual services and emergency first aid. Regular travel to client homes, schools, and community locations required.

Provide weekly, home-based Functional Family Therapy, supervise and consult with FFT therapists, monitor fidelity and documentation, refer families to services, maintain certifications and licensure, respond to crises including physical interventions, and perform transport and other client-facing duties with a flexible schedule.

Determine client eligibility for childcare assistance, enter and maintain case records in state systems, authorize services, coordinate with workforce and protective services, conduct outreach and intake, and provide customer support while complying with policies and data security.

Provide intake assessments, develop and implement student therapeutic plans, deliver individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, case consultation, maintain documentation, coordinate with probation and community providers, and participate in treatment team staffing and trainings.

Provide intake, diagnostic assessment, develop and implement therapeutic and service plans, deliver individual, family and group counseling, document services in ETO, transport clients, deliver staff training, and travel for home-based services and trainings.

Deliver and coordinate youth skills-building programming, supervise youth, develop service plans, complete documentation in SWK database, provide crisis intervention, facilitate counseling and intakes, manage case files, and transport students as assigned.

Provide direct supervision and support for at-risk youth, assist Case Manager with skills-building programs, group facilitation, and transportation. Maintain and enter accurate case data and documentation, respond to crises, administer first aid when needed, and uphold required trainings and certifications.

Provide comprehensive case management for at-risk youth: intake, assessments, service plans, documentation, weekly home visits, crisis intervention, advocacy, group facilitation, transport, and coordination with program staff while maintaining physical and web-based client files.
