Deliver and coordinate youth skills-building programming, supervise youth, develop service plans, complete documentation in SWK database, provide crisis intervention, facilitate counseling and intakes, manage case files, and transport students as assigned.

Supervise staff delivering WIOA, TAA and related workforce programs; oversee case management, eligibility, supportive services, program performance, training, budgeting, and client follow-up to achieve employment and retention goals.

Conduct client interviews to assess needs, provide employment counseling, assist with applications, job searches and resumes, match clients to employer openings, maintain case records, administer assessments, and support program outreach and presentations.

Provide direct supervision and support for at-risk youth, assist Case Manager with skills-building programs, group facilitation, and transportation. Maintain and enter accurate case data and documentation, respond to crises, administer first aid when needed, and uphold required trainings and certifications.

Provide comprehensive case management for at-risk youth: intake, assessments, service plans, documentation, weekly home visits, crisis intervention, advocacy, group facilitation, transport, and coordination with program staff while maintaining physical and web-based client files.

Conduct interviews to assess client needs, provide employment counseling, assist with job searches, resumes and applications, maintain case records, match clients to employers, administer assessments, facilitate job readiness sessions, and support employer engagement. Requires driving and occasional field work.
