Leads quality assurance, compliance monitoring, performance reporting, corrective actions, technical assistance, staff training, and continuous improvement for Workforce Development and Child Care Services programs. Ensures adherence to Texas Workforce Commission requirements, funding-source standards, documentation rules, and data-integrity expectations. Supervises assigned staff, supports hiring and onboarding, provides policy guidance, and travels to program locations, meetings, trainings, and monitoring activities.

Provides secretarial and clerical support, including phone and visitor reception, document preparation, filing, calendar and travel coordination, records management, billing data, bookkeeping, inventory, mail distribution, and office supply purchasing. Maintains accurate administrative and financial information, supports meetings and training, assists with events, and performs occasional work-related errands.

Registers and assists job seekers, develops and reviews employment applications, provides technical assistance, referrals, counseling, assessments, labor market information, and center orientations. Maintains customer records, supports reception and customer flow, connects visitors with workforce services, and provides additional center support. Requires strong communication, customer service, computer, and administrative skills, with occasional local travel and remote work capability.

Develop employer relationships and provide business services to employers and job seekers: create and manage WorkInTexas job postings, refer qualified candidates, provide technical assistance, coordinate job fairs and outreach, and present workforce programs to employers.
