Manages branch administrative operations, including invoicing, collections, accounting support, payroll timesheets, employee onboarding and terminations, status changes, records maintenance, office policies, and DOT compliance. Coordinates with branch leadership, corporate accounting, and human resources while maintaining accurate files and meeting administrative deadlines.

Sell commercial construction crane and rigging services within an assigned territory. Manage and grow customer accounts, prepare quotes, coordinate with dispatch, read manufacturer's load charts, communicate safety, close sales, and meet revenue targets (est. $2M+ annually). Maintain paperwork, insurable driving record, and comply with safety policies; overnight travel may be required.

Sell commercial crane and rigging services within an assigned territory. Manage and grow customer accounts, prepare quotes, coordinate with dispatch, determine appropriate cranes using load charts, communicate safety, meet sales targets, submit reports, and travel overnight as required.

Promote and enforce safety practices across branches and job sites. Conduct field audits, equipment and vehicle inspections, rigging and operator assessments, incident/near-miss investigations, and input findings into Ideagen. Communicate safety policies to employees and customers, participate in gate checks and quarterly inspections, and perform driving assessments. Provide reports and corrective actions and support other assigned safety duties.
