Sell commercial construction crane and rigging services within an assigned territory. Manage and grow customer accounts, prepare quotes, coordinate with dispatch, read manufacturer's load charts, communicate safety, close sales, and meet revenue targets (est. $2M+ annually). Maintain paperwork, insurable driving record, and comply with safety policies; overnight travel may be required.

Promote and enforce safety practices across branches and job sites. Conduct field audits, equipment and vehicle inspections, rigging and operator assessments, incident/near-miss investigations, and input findings into Ideagen. Communicate safety policies to employees and customers, participate in gate checks and quarterly inspections, and perform driving assessments. Provide reports and corrective actions and support other assigned safety duties.

Manage assigned territory to maintain and grow customer accounts for commercial construction crane and rigging services. Prepare and present quotes, coordinate with dispatch, determine appropriate cranes using load charts, communicate safety issues, close sales, handle administrative reporting, and travel overnight as required. Build long-term client relationships and achieve revenue targets.
