Leads and supervises a nursing unit in partnership with the Director of Nursing. Responsibilities include ensuring quality resident care, maintaining strong employee relationships, recruiting and retaining staff, and coaching team members. Requires an active RN license, at least one year of supervisory experience, stable work history, reliable transportation, and demonstrated leadership and relationship-building skills.
