Unpaid communications intern supporting marketing, branding, social media, internal communications, photography, videography, graphic design, and content creation. The intern will collaborate with residents, families, team members, and leadership while gaining experience in communications within a senior living and healthcare community. Duties include creating and organizing multimedia content, assisting with administrative tasks, attending activities and meetings, and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Supports recruiting operations through interview coordination, candidate communication, resume screening, license verification, job posting updates, ATS maintenance, interview feedback collection, recruiting reports, and administrative tasks. Maintains confidential candidate and employee information while ensuring accurate records and a professional candidate experience. This is a part-time, six-month contract requiring 20 hours per week.
