Handles inbound calls, emails, and chats related to web and store requests, product questions, order changes, shipment tracking, returns, and sizing. Provides accurate, customer-focused support while representing the Southern Tide brand. Recommends complementary products to support upselling and cross-selling, partners with logistics on returns, and assists customer experience and digital teams as needed.

Manages and optimizes Southern Tide’s digital marketing program across organic search, social media, email, SMS, and paid media. Develops campaign calendars, content plans, and full-funnel strategies; coordinates with agencies and marketing partners; analyzes customer and campaign data; monitors KPIs, ROAS, and channel performance; produces reports; and creates written content for digital channels and the company website.

Manages import and domestic production workflows, including purchase order setup, factory communication, shipment tracking, inbound receiving, expediting recommendations, cost updates, sample orders, discrepancy resolution, and production reporting. Coordinates with suppliers, warehouses, accounting, inventory planning, sourcing, product development, merchandising, and distribution partners to ensure accurate, cost-effective, and timely product delivery.

Creates and maintains apparel specifications, tech packs, fit requests, and pre-production records. Measures samples, evaluates garment construction and fit, recommends adjustments, communicates approvals and changes to manufacturers, and collaborates with designers and cross-functional teams to improve product fit and streamline the fit process. This is an in-office role in Greenville, South Carolina.
