Lead projects from sales handoff through engineering, fabrication, installation and closeout. Create and maintain schedules and budgets, manage subcontractors, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure scope compliance, issue invoices and change orders, travel to sites regularly, mentor junior PMs, and drive on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Drive process improvements, develop tools/fixtures/layouts, partner with design engineers to implement manufacturable designs, lead Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement projects, and troubleshoot production issues to improve efficiency, safety, and quality.

Lead technical design and execution of custom conveyor systems; provide system-level engineering, design reviews, QA, mentorship, and cross-functional coordination to reduce rework and improve project outcomes.

Lead and manage the engineering department for material handling and industrial automation projects. Oversee resource allocation, mentor engineers, review deliverables for quality and compliance, coordinate with project management, fabrication, and field operations, drive standards and continuous improvement, and support hiring and professional development to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and technical requirements.

Perform MIG welding in all positions; read and interpret blueprints and work orders; operate press brake, band saws, rollers and grinders; measure, fit, assemble, and inspect metal components to quality standards; maintain a clean and safe shop and meet production schedules while collaborating with team and engineering to resolve issues.
