Provide administrative support to the VPAA and General Education Director; communicate with faculty, staff, students, and stakeholders; assist hiring and onboarding of adjuncts; prepare and monitor faculty agreements and workload records; track eVerification and attendance; manage textbook adoption, Gen Ed artifacts, course scheduling in Colleague CRM, concurrent enrollment support, student records, McNair Scholars program tasks, reconcile purchase card statements, prepare project data, and coordinate special events.

The Accounting Professor will teach accounting and business administration, mentor students, engage in scholarly activities, and collaborate with faculty, while fostering a Christian learning environment.

The Financial Services Assistant handles student data input, payment plan enrollment, cashiering operations, customer service, and financial reconciliation duties while ensuring a high level of accuracy and service quality.
